Wash and dry all produce.

Pat @grass-fed rib-eye steak{8%oz} dry with paper towels and season with remaining @Italian seasoning{1%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. Meanwhile, in a #large pan{}, heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} and prepare @potatoes{12%oz} with @butter{1%tbsp} and @garlic powder{½%tsp}.

In a #large bowl{}, toss together @mixed greens{4%cups}, @Caesar dressing{2%tbsp}, @croutons{1%cup}, half the @Parmesan cheese{2%oz}, a squeeze of @lemon{1%unit} juice, @salt{1%tsp}, and @black pepper{1%tsp}. If you like, crush croutons in the bag with your hands before adding.
